Does it really pull from Reddit without OAuth? +
Yes — Reddit's public search returns JSON without auth. Free for read-only mention discovery. To reply or read private subs, you connect your Reddit account via OAuth on Pro.
What about X, Facebook, LinkedIn? +
These platforms require paid/restricted API access. On Pro you connect your own developer credentials (one-time setup) and we use them to poll on your behalf. We don't pay for API access on your behalf.
Why no AI replies? +
AI-generated replies are obvious, low-trust, and frequently wrong. The point of social engagement is you actually showing up. We give you the inbox; you write the words.
How fresh are mentions? +
Reddit polls every 5 minutes for each monitor. So a mention is in your inbox within ~5 min of posting. X polls depend on your API tier (Basic = 15 min, Pro = 1 min).
Can I export? +
Pro users get CSV export of every mention with author, platform, timestamp, full text, and link. For Slack/Discord integration: webhook on hot mentions is on the Pro roadmap.
Is there a free trial? +
